FAQs
Where do we meet?

256 John Long Rd Gilbert, SC 29054
We are located in Siesta Cove Marina.
Our boat is just a short walk from parking to the courtesy dock beside the ramp.
Parking is free for Top Tier guests up to 3 vehicles. $5 for each additional vehicle.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure to go over important safety information. If you arrive past your scheduled tour time, that time will be deducted from your time block as there may be another tour scheduled after yours and we need time to clean the boat after each tour.

Do you require a deposit?

Weather
Your tour is 100% refundable if cancelled by us due to unfavorable or unsafe weather conditions.
Our rule is 15/50. If the winds are higher than 15 mph or the chance of rain is greater than 50% during your scheduled time, we will not go out. Your safety is our number one priority.
What should I bring?
For our daytime cruises you may want to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat/visor, towel, beverages, and snacks. We do provide complimentary bottled water.
For evening cruises, you may want to bring light jacket depending on the time of year.
All required Coast Guard-approved life preserves are on board from infant to adult.
Not to worry if you do forget anything though! Many items are available for purchase at the Siesta Cove Marina store. They carry ice, hats, sunglasses, snacks, beer, drinks, and sunscreen.
Do you allow pets?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not allow pets on board. However, service animals are always welcome. Service animals are defined by the ADA as animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. Animals that are not trained to perform tasks that mitigate the effects of a disability, including animals that are used purely to provide comfort or emotional support (also known as therapy animals) are considered pets. We ask that you let us know in advance if your service animal will be accompanying you.
Can we book for longer if we are enjoying ourselves?
Absolutely! If there isn’t another tour booked right after yours, then we can extend your time at a rate of $100 per extra hour.

Do you offer dockside pickup?

Yes, depending on location. Mileage rates may apply. Contact us at 803-226-7116 to see if this accomodation can be made.
What if I have a party of more than 6 guests?

The federal maximum for private charters is six passengers, operated by a licensed US Coast Guard captain. We can accommodate for larger parties if needed by working with other charter companies on the lake and we can have 2 boats going out for parties more than 6.
Can we get out and swim?
Absolutely. Captain Wade can stop at one of the many islands for you to get out and explore/swim. However, jumping off of the boat is not permitted.
Is anything not allowed?
For safety reasons, smoking or any open flame is not permitted while on the boat.
